Management of the Company's Competitiveness in the Conditions of Globalization

Abstract

The master’s thesis examines theoretical and practical aspects of enterprise competitiveness management under globalization based on the case of Launch Ukraine LLC. The study explores key concepts, factors influencing competitiveness, and methodological approaches to its assessment. A comprehensive analysis of the company’s financial and economic performance is conducted, and its competitive position is evaluated. The research proposes recommendations for improving competitiveness management, aimed at market expansion, innovation implementation, and efficiency enhancement.

У магістерській роботі досліджено теоретичні та практичні аспекти управління конкурентоспроможністю підприємства в умовах глобалізації на прикладі Launch Ukraine LLC. Розглянуто сутність ключових понять, фактори впливу на конкурентоспроможність та методичні підходи до її оцінювання. Проведено комплексний аналіз фінансово-економічної діяльності підприємства та оцінено рівень його конкурентних позицій. Розроблено рекомендації щодо вдосконалення системи управління конкурентоспроможністю, спрямовані на розширення ринку, впровадження інновацій та підвищення ефективності діяльності.
