Analysis of Artificial Intelligence Implementation in the Activity of E-commerce Enterprise

Abstract

This qualification work is devoted to the analysis of Artificial Intelligence (AI) implementation in e-commerce. The study examines the theoretical foundations, principles, and methods of AI integration into enterprise management systems, as well as the specific features of e-commerce development. Special attention is given to the analysis of AI application in the activities of the Ukrainian e-commerce company Rozetka, including its organizational structure and economic performance. Based on the research, practical recommendations for improving managerial activities and enhancing the efficiency of AI implementation are proposed. The results of the study have both theoretical and practical significance for the development of e-commerce enterprises in the context of digital transformation.

Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню впровадження штучного інтелекту в електронній комерції. У роботі розглянуто теоретичні засади, принципи та методи інтеграції AI в систему управління підприємством, а також особливості розвитку електронної комерції. Особливу увагу приділено аналізу використання AI в діяльності українського інтернет-магазину Rozetka, зокрема його організаційній структурі та економічним показникам. За результатами дослідження розроблено практичні рекомендації щодо вдосконалення управлінської діяльності та підвищення ефективності впровадження AI. Отримані результати мають теоретичне і практичне значення для розвитку підприємств електронної комерції в умовах цифрової трансформації.
