Abstract

The object of research is the process of improving the social and psychological methods in company management. The subject of research is the development of theoretical and practical principles for improving the social and psychological methods of company management. The purpose of the qualifying Master's thesis is to substantiate the theoretical foundations and develop practical recommendations for improving the social and psychological methods of company management. According to the results of the research theoretical and practical provisions were formulated, which were brought by the author to specific proposals for improving the social and psychological methods of management in a company. The obtained results can be used as a basis for making management decisions and can be used by specialists in the field of management of various levels.
