Сучасні безпекові стратегії Китайської Народної Республіки: регіональний та глобальний виміри

Abstract

У першому розділі розкрито поняття, структуру та типологію національної безпеки в сучасній теорії міжнародних відносин; визначено еволюцію розвитку концепцій національної безпеки КНР, ідеологічні та концептуальні основи формування її сучасної стратегії. У другому розділі виокремлено безпекові пріоритети КНР у Східній, Південно-Східній і Центральній Азії та в межах Шанхайської організації співробітництва; окреслено особливості стратегії «Один пояс, один шлях» як інструменту регіонального впливу та безпеки КНР. У третьому розділі оцінено вплив суперництва КНР та США на формування нового безпекового порядку у світі, розглянуто стратегічні виміри участі КНР у глобальній системі безпеки; визначено особливості цифрового та технологічного виміру безпекової стратегії КНР у глобальному середовищі та можливий досвід для України.The first section reveals the concept, structure and typology of national security in the modern theory of international relations; the evolution of the development of the concepts of national security of the PRC, the ideological and conceptual foundations of the formation of its modern strategy are determined. The second section identifies the security priorities of the PRC in East, Southeast and Central Asia and within the Shanghai Cooperation Organization; the features of the «One Belt, One Road» strategy as an instrument of regional influence and security of the PRC are outlined. The third section assesses the impact of the rivalry between the PRC and the USA on the formation of a new security order in the world, considers the strategic dimensions of China's participation in the global security system; The features of the digital and technological dimension of China's security strategy in the global environment and possible experience for Ukraine are identified.
