Improvement of the Working Capital Management Strategies at the Enterprise

Abstract

The paper examines theoretical and practical aspects of the formation and use of working capital under conditions of financial instability. It analyzes the structure, sources of financing, and efficiency of working capital management, particularly based on the case of Concor LLC for 2020–2022. Risks associated with working capital are assessed, and recommendations are proposed to optimize its financing and accounts receivable management in order to improve the company’s financial stability.

У роботі досліджено теоретичні та практичні аспекти формування й використання оборотного капіталу підприємства в умовах фінансової нестабільності. Проаналізовано структуру, джерела фінансування та ефективність використання оборотного капіталу, зокрема на прикладі ТОВ «Concor» за 2020–2022 рр. Оцінено ризики, пов’язані з управлінням оборотними активами, та запропоновано рекомендації щодо оптимізації їх фінансування і управління дебіторською заборгованістю з метою підвищення фінансової стійкості підприємства.
