Improvement of the Personnel Development System in the Company (on the Example of the Mediterranean Shipping Company)

Abstract

This diploma thesis examines the theoretical and practical aspects of developing a personnel management and labor motivation system in the context of the transition to a market economy. It emphasizes the importance of employee motivation as a key factor in improving labor productivity and enhancing enterprise competitiveness. The study analyzes the internal and external environment of the Mediterranean Shipping Company, as well as its existing personnel motivation system. Key issues in human resource management are identified, and improvement measures are proposed. Practical recommendations are developed to enhance the effectiveness of the company’s personnel development system.

У дипломній роботі досліджено теоретичні та практичні аспекти розвитку системи управління персоналом і мотивації праці в умовах переходу до ринкової економіки. Обґрунтовано значення мотивації працівників як ключового чинника підвищення продуктивності праці та конкурентоспроможності підприємства. Проаналізовано внутрішнє та зовнішнє середовище компанії Mediterranean Shipping Company, а також діючі системи мотивації персоналу. Визначено основні проблеми в управлінні персоналом та запропоновано шляхи їх удосконалення. Розроблено практичні рекомендації щодо підвищення ефективності системи розвитку персоналу підприємства.
