Abstract

Мета дослідження: Визначити та проаналізувати психологічні чинники, які сприяють розвитку лідерського потенціалу у студентів. Завдання дослідження 1. Проаналізувати теоретичні підходи до проблеми лідерства та лідерського потенціалу. 2. Виокремити психологічні чинники, що впливають на розвиток лідерських якостей у студентів. 3. Провести емпіричне дослідження рівня лідерського потенціалу студентів. 4. Розробити психологічні рекомендації щодо розвитку лідерського потенціалу. Об’єкт дослідження - Лідерський потенціал студентів. Предмет дослідження - Психологічні чинники, що впливають на розвиток лідерського потенціалу у студентському віці. Гіпотеза дослідження - Існує взаємозв’язок між рівнем розвитку лідерського потенціалу у студентів та такими психологічними чинниками, як мотивація досягнення, емоційний інтелект і особистісні якості. Практичне значення. Отримані результати можуть бути використані у практиці роботи психологів, викладачів, кураторів груп, центрів студентського самоврядування для виявлення і розвитку лідерського потенціалу студентів.The purpose of the study: To identify and analyze the psychological factors that contribute to the development of leadership potential in students. The subject of the study - Psychological factors influencing the development of leadership potential in students. Hypothesis of the study - There is a relationship between the level of development of leadership potential in students and such psychological factors as achievement motivation, emotional intelligence and personal qualities. Practical significance. The obtained results can be used in the practice of psychologists, teachers, group curators, student self-government centers to identify and develop the leadership potential of students.
