ЗНИЖЕННЯ ДИНАМІЧНОЇ СКЛАДОВОЇ ПОХИБКИ ВИЗНАЧЕННЯ СЕРЕДНЬОІНТЕГРАЛЬНИХ ЗНАЧЕНЬ ВИМІРЮВАЛЬНИХ ПАРАМЕТРІВ

Abstract

Показано актуальність роботи, яка полягає в необхідності підвищення точності визначення середньоінтегральних значень динамічних параметрів, що вимірюються практично на всіх виробництвах машинобудування, енергетики та комунального сектора. Наведено аналіз методів визначення середньоінтегрального значення безперервного динамічного процесу за дискретними даними. Визначено величини похибок, обумовлених дискретністю вимірювання та методами математичної обробки сигналу. Показано залежності похибки визначення середнього значення вимірюваного параметра від частоти опитування датчиків і амплітуди коливання вимірюваної величини, що дозволяють визначати необхідну дискретність вимірювання з метою забезпечення необхідної точності. Показана похибка визначення середнього значення вимірюваного параметра, обумовлена математичним методом осереднення. Проведено аналіз різних методів опосередкування вимірюваної величини, таких як середньоквадратичний метод, метод сплайнів, метод Сімпсона та його модифікація. Визначено сфери застосування математичних методів визначення середнього значення вимірюваної величини, що забезпечують мінімум похибки математичної обробки результатів вимірювання.

The urgency of the work consists in the necessity of increasing the accuracy of determining the average values of dynamic parameters measured practically at all machine building, power engineering and municipal sector enterprises. The results of an analysis of methods for determining the average integral value of a continuous dynamic process on discrete data are presented. The magnitudes of errors, caused by the discreteness of measurements and methods of mathematical processing of the signal, were determined. The dependence of the error in determining the mean value of the measured parameter on the sampling frequency of sensors and the amplitude of oscillation of the measured quantity, which allows determining the necessary discreteness of measurement in order to ensure the required accuracy, is demonstrated. The error in determining the mean value of the measured parameter, due to the mathematical method of averaging, is shown. An analysis of various methods of mediating the measured value, such as the mean square method, the spline method, the Simpson method and its modification, was carried out. The spheres of application of mathematical methods for determining the average value of the measured quantity, providing a minimum error of mathematical processing of measurement results, are specified.
