Взаємозв'язок життєстійкості та психологічних особливостей людей літнього віку

Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню взаємозв'язку життєстійкості та психологічних особливостей людей літнього віку. У першому розділі розглядаються психологічні підходи до дослідження життєстійкості, а саме поняття життєстійкості, психологічні аспекти та сучасні психологічні дослідження життєстійкості людей літнього віку. Основна увага зосереджена на виявленні взаємозв'язку життєстійкості та психологічних особливостей людей літнього віку. У другому розділі описано методики проведення емпіричного дослідження, включаючи мету, завдання, характеристику та вибірку. У третьому розділі представлено результати дослідження, які демонструють рівні життєстійкості, тривоги, копінг-стратегій та екзистенційних переживань людей літнього віку. Проведено порівняльний аналіз отриманих показників, визначен оособливості їх прояву та встановлено кореляційні зв’язки між досліджуваними змінними. Розділ містить інтерпретацію отриманих даних, що дозволяє виявити специфіку психологічних особливостей людей літнього віку та їх взаємозв’язок із життєстійкістю.The thesis is devoted to the study of the relationship between resilience and psychological characteristics of older adults. The first chapter examines psychological approaches to the study of resilience, including the concept of resilience, its psychological aspects, and contemporary psychological research on the resilience of older adults. The main focus is on identifying the relationship between resilience and the psychological characteristics of older adults. The second chapter describes the methodology of the empirical study, including its purpose, objectives, description, and sample characteristics.The third chapter presents the research results, which demonstrate the levels ofresilience, anxiety, coping strategies, and existentialexperiences ofolder adults. A comparative analysis of the obtained indicators was conducted, the features of their manifestation were identified, and correlation relationships between the studied variables were established. The chapter provides an interpretation of the results, allowing the identification of specific psychological characteristics of older adults and their relationship with resilience.
