Ядерні держави як виклик дестабілізації сучасної системи міжнародних відносин

Abstract

Робота присвячена вивченню впливу ядерних держав на дестабілізацію сучасної системи міжнародних відносин. У роботі висвітлено науково-теоретичні аспекти проблеми дослідження, з’ясовано сутність основних понять і категорій. Проаналізовано стратегії зменшення ядерної загрози на міжнародному рівні. Досліджено особливості здійснення політики нерозповсюдження ядерної зброї. З’ясовано роль міжнародних організацій у зниженні загрози ядерного протистояння. Досліджено проблеми контролю за ядерним озброєнням у ХХІ ст. Розглянуто шляхи вдосконалення системи ядерного стримування. Проаналізовано особливості імплементації Україною міжнародного досвіду у сфері протидії ядерним загрозам.The work is devoted to studying the influence of nuclear powers on the destabilization of the modern system of international relations. The work highlights the scientific and theoretical aspects of the research problem and clarifies the essence of the main concepts and categories. It analyzes strategies for reducing the nuclear threat at the international level. It examines the peculiarities of implementing nuclear non-proliferation policy. The role of international organizations in reducing the threat of nuclear confrontation is clarified. The problems of nuclear arms control in the 21st century are examined. Ways to improve the nuclear deterrence system are considered. The peculiarities of Ukraine's implementation of international experience in countering nuclear threats are analyzed.
