Взаємозв’язок емоційного інтелекту та спрямованості професійної діяльності у молоді

Abstract

Об'єкт дослідження: емоційний інтелект та професійна спрямованість особистості в юнацькому та ранньому дорослому віці. Предмет дослідження: взаємозв'язок між компонентами емоційного інтелекту та типами професійної спрямованості у молоді. Мета дослідження: теоретично обґрунтувати та емпірично дослідити характер і силу взаємозв'язку між показниками емоційного інтелекту та типами професійної спрямованості у молодіжній вибірці. Основні завдання дослідження: 1. Здійснити теоретичний аналіз наукових підходів до розуміння емоційного інтелекту та професійної спрямованості особистості як психологічних феноменів. 2. Розкрити теоретичні засади взаємозв'язку між емоційним інтелектом і професійною спрямованістю у молодіжному віці. 3. Емпірично дослідити рівень розвитку компонентів емоційного інтелекту та особливості розподілу типів професійної спрямованості у досліджуваній групі молоді. 4. Розробити практичні рекомендації щодо розвитку емоційного інтелекту як чинника оптимізації професійної спрямованості молоді з урахуванням диференційованого характеру виявлених взаємозв'язків. Практична значущість дослідження полягає у тому, що розроблені диференційовані рекомендації щодо розвитку компонентів емоційного інтелекту можуть бути використані практичними психологами закладів вищої освіти у профорієнтаційній роботі зі студентською молоддю. Запропоновані техніки і вправи придатні для впровадження як у форматі групових психологічних тренінгів, так і в індивідуальному консультуванні. Отримані результати можуть також слугувати основою для розробки програм психологічного супроводу професійного самовизначення молоді та підвищення обізнаності фахівців із профорієнтації щодо ролі емоційної компетентності у побудові кар'єри.Object of the research: emotional intelligence and professional orientation of personality in adolescence and early adulthood. Subject of the research: the relationship between the components of emotional intelligence and the types of professional orientation in youth. Purpose of the research: to theoretically substantiate and empirically investigate the nature and strength of the relationship between emotional intelligence indicators and the types of professional orientation in a youth sample. Main objectives of the research: 1. To conduct a theoretical analysis of scientific approaches to understanding emotional intelligence and professional orientation as psychological phenomena. 2. To reveal the theoretical foundations of the relationship between emotional intelligence and professional orientation in youth. 3. To empirically investigate the level of development of emotional intelligence components and the distribution of professional orientation types in the studied group of young people. 4. To develop practical recommendations for the development of emotional intelligence as a factor in optimizing the professional orientation of youth, taking into account the differentiated nature of the identified relationships. Practical significance of the research lies in the fact that the developed differentiated recommendations for the development of emotional intelligence components can be used by practical psychologists of higher education institutions in career guidance work with student youth. The proposed techniques and exercises are suitable for implementation both in the format of group psychological trainings and in individual counseling. The obtained results can also serve as a basis for developing programs of psychological support for the professional self-determination of youth and for raising awareness among career guidance specialists regarding the role of emotional competence in career development.
