Сучасна публічна дипломатія Угорщини

Abstract

У першому розділі розкрито науково-теоретичні підходи до публічної дипломатії, висвітлено історичні етапи її становлення та внутрішні чинники, що формують сучасну модель угорських зовнішніх комунікацій. У другому розділі визначено інституційну систему публічної дипломатії Угорщини, представлено основні механізми її реалізації, охарактеризовано зовнішні вектори взаємодії з європейськими інституціями, країнами Центрально-Східної Європи та роль неурядових акторів у просуванні національних інтересів. У третьому розділі окреслено сучасні проблеми та виклики, що впливають на розвиток публічної дипломатії Угорщини; визначено пріоритетні напрями її подальшої еволюції та проаналізовано зміст українсько-угорського співробітництва в гуманітарній і комунікаційній сферах, а також потенційні сценарії його розвитку в умовах трансформації регіональної безпеки.The first section outlines the main theoretical approaches to public diplomacy, highlights the historical stages of its development, and identifies the internal factors shaping the contemporary model of Hungary’s external communication. The second section analyses the institutional system of Hungary’s public diplomacy, presents its core implementation mechanisms, and characterises the state’s external vectors of interaction with European institutions, the countries of Central and Eastern Europe, as well as the role of non-governmental actors in promoting national interests. The third section identifies current problems and challenges affecting the development of Hungary’s public diplomacy, determines priority directions for its further evolution, and examines the content of Ukrainian–Hungarian cooperation in the humanitarian and communication spheres, along with potential scenarios for its development amid transformations of regional security.
