Проєктування бутік-готелю у рекреаційній зоні

Abstract

У роботі проведено дослідження ринку готельних послуг у селищі Брюховичі, яке входить до складу Львівської міської об'єднаної територіальної громади. Проаналізовано внутрішнє та зовнішнє середовища, конкурентів та обґрунтовано концепцію діяльності підприємства. Розраховано площу приміщень різного функціонального призначення та визначено інженерно будівельне рішення об’єкта. Проведена оцінка капітальних вкладів, окупності інвестиційного проекту.In the work, a study of the market of hotel services in the village of Bryukhovychi, which is part of the Lviv city united territorial community, was carried out. The internal and external environment, competitors were analyzed and the concept of the company's activity was substantiated. The area of premises of various functional purposes was calculated and the engineering and construction solution of the object was determined. An assessment of capital contributions and the payback of the investment project was carried out.
