Abstract

The significance of the positive professional and personal image of the teacher (including the linguistic teacher) and its influence on student motivation is revealed: the higher the synergetic interaction and empathic interaction in the classroom, the more productive the students learn the new linguistic and cultural realities as well as their mutual creative self-realization. Conducting a survey, which was held in the Italian/Ukrainian secondary and higher schools, it has been revealed a sufficiently great percentage of negative perceptions of the teacher by students and school pupils. This fact put in evidence the importance as for testing such a profession like a teacher. Виявлено значимість позитивного професійно-особистісного іміджу викладача (у тому чиелі й викладача-лінгвіста) і його впливу на студентську мотивацію: чим вище сінергетичий взаємовплив і емпатична взаємодія в навчалъній аудиторії, тим продуктивніше здійснюється засвоєння студентами нової лінгво-культурологичої реалії і їхня творча самореализация. Анкетування, проведене в італійських/українських школах/вузах, виявило досить високий відсоток негативно сприйманого викладача, що ставить на порядок денний питания про тестування на професію викладача. It is shown a significance of the positive professional and personal image of the teacher (as well as a linguistic teacher also) and his influence at the student’s motivation: higher is the synergic reciprocal influence and empathic interaction in the studding auditorium, more productive is the realization of the student’ new linguo-culturological reality learning and their creative autorealization. A conducting of the questionnaires, that was held in the Italian/Ukrainian secondary and higher schools, has revealed a sufficiently great per cent of a negatively excepted teacher. This fact put in evidence the question as for testing such a profession like a teacher.
