Організація харчування в готельному комплексі Харківщини

Abstract

Кваліфікаційну роботу бакалавра присвячено питанням розвитку готельної індустрії та покращення рівня обслуговування. В роботі приділено основну вагу питання реконструкції закладів готельного господарства перспективам її проведення. Запропоновані шляхи вирішення етапності розвитку закладів готельної індустрії та виходу їх на новий рівень якості. Як складову інноваційного розвитку готелю «Турист» запропоновано шляхи покращення послуги харчування при готелі та розвитку в його структурі закладу харчування «ресторан». Проведено SWOT- аналіз діяльності підприємства та запропоновані конкретні проєктні рішення щодо харчування гостей готелю та проєктні рішення ресторану при готелі.The bachelor's qualification work is devoted to the development of the hotel industry and improvement of the level of service. In the work, the main weight is given to the issue of reconstruction of hotel establishments and the prospects of its implementation. Proposed ways of solving the phasing of the development of hotel industry establishments and their exit to a new level of quality. As a component of the innovative development of the «Tourist» hotel, ways of improving the catering service at the hotel and the development of the "restaurant" catering establishment in its structure are proposed. A SWOT analysis of the company's activities was carried out and specific project solutions regarding food for hotel guests and project solutions for the restaurant at the hotel were proposed.
