Abstract

The object of the research is human management systems within worldwide companies. The subject of the research is the personnel management system of NIO, a leader in the electric vehicle industry, and the methods the company employs to integrate advanced human resource strategies and technologies to optimize its workforce management on a global scale. This master's thesis aims to deeply examine NIO’s personnel management system, concentrating on its solutions to the distinct difficulties in handling a worldwide workforce, encompassing aspects like recruitment, retention, diversity, and employing contemporary HR technologies like AI and big data and offer strategic recommendations to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of NIO’s personnel management practices, contributing to its ongoing innovation and global competitiveness. Based on the results of the study, the author formulates theoretical and practical recommendations for optimizing NIO's personnel management system. These findings can serve as a valuable resource for global enterprises seeking to enhance workforce management efficiency through advanced technologies and modern HR strategies. The findings obtained can be applied to the practical operations of NIO and similar tech-oriented firms to enhance the efficiency of their human resources systems.
