Abstract

Мета дипломної роботи полягає в розробці заходів антикризового фінансового управління підприємством. Об’єкт роботи - процес фінансового управління підприємством в умовах кризи. Предмет роботи - теоретичні, методичні та практичні основи механізму антикризового фінансового управління підприємством. Задачі роботи: визначити теоретичні аспекти антикризового фінансового управління; проаналізувати фінансово-економічну діяльність підприємства з метою виявлення ознак кризи; розробити науково-методичні підходи з удосконалення антикризового фінансового управління підприємством. Методи дослідження: табличний, графічний, спостереження, аналіз, історичний, аналогії, дедукції і індукції порівняння, економіко-математичне моделювання, фінансове планування і прогнозування. Очікувані наслідки та їх новизна – використання розробленої методики прогнозу фінансового стану і формування пропозицій з державної фінансової підтримки підприємств в кризовому стані.The purpose of the thesis is to develop measures of anti-crisis financial management of the enterprise. The subject of the work is theoretical, methodical and practical to the basis of the mechanism of crisis management financial management of an enterprise. Tasks of work: to determine the theoretical aspects of crisis financial management; analyze the financial and economic activities of the enterprise in order to identify signs of a crisis; develop scientific and methodological approaches to improve the crisis management of the enterprise. Research methods: tabular, graphical, observation, analysis, historical, analogies, deduction and induction of comparison, economic and mathematical modeling, financial planning and forecasting. The expected consequences and their novelty - the use of the developed method of forecasting the financial condition and the formation of proposals for state financial support for enterprises in a crisis state.
