Особливості міграційної політики США

Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота бакалавра присвячена дослідженню еволюції та сучасних особливостей міграційної політики Сполучених Штатів Америки в умовах глобалізації та зростаючих транснаціональних викликів. Розкрито інституційні, правові, економічні та безпекові аспекти державної політики США у сфері міжнародної міграції. Робота складається зі вступу, двох розділів, висновків; містить таблиці, рисунки, список використаних джерел зі 104 найменувань. У першому розділі проаналізовано теоретичні основи формування міграційної політики, її етапи розвитку в міжнародному вимірі та моделі регулювання, прийняті у різних країнах. У другому розділі висвітлено інституційні засади реалізації міграційної політики США, основні законодавчі акти, сучасні підходи до селективної імміграції, боротьби з нелегальною міграцією та регулювання трудових потоків.The bachelor’s qualification thesis is devoted to the study of the evolution and current features of the United States migration policy in the context of globalization and growing transnational challenges. The research reveals the institutional, legal, economic, and security aspects of U.S. state policy in the field of international migration. The thesis consists of an introduction, two chapters, conclusions; it includes tables, figures, and a list of 104 sources. The first chapter analyzes the theoretical foundations of migration policy formation, its stages of development in the international context, and regulatory models adopted in various countries. The second chapter highlights the institutional framework of U.S. migration policy implementation, key legislative acts, current approaches to selective immigration, combating illegal migration, and regulating labor flows.
