Моніторинг індикаторів сталого розвитку соціально-економічних систем різних рівнів

Abstract

У статті проведено моніторинг існуючих індикаторів сталого розвитку, що використовуються на локальному, регіональному та глобальному рівнях для різних соціально-економічних систем. Встановлено, що індикатори можуть бути представлені у вигляді єдиного показника, комплексного підходу з частковими показниками та показниками на основі результатів опитування. Систематизовано найбільш часто використовувані індикатори для оцінки різних аспектів сталості, пов'язаних із сільськогосподарськими системами Визначено національні індикатори соціального, екологічного та економічного виміру у сільському господарстві, орієнтовані на досягнення ЦСР. Встановлено критерії вибору показників, закономірності розвитку та задачі сталості на рівні підприємства. The issue of Ukrainian transition to a sustainable development model has entailed the need to determine appropriate indicators for specific conditions, and establish their values at different levels in order to coordinate management decisions with stakeholders.The article monitors the existing indicators of sustainable development used at local, regional and global levels for different socio-economic systems. It is established that indicators can be integrated into a single index, based on integrated approach with partial indicators and indicators based on survey results. The most frequently used indicators for assessing various aspects of sustainability in agricultural systems are systematized. The role of agriculture in achieving the majority of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) has been determined through the introduction of principles of organic production and the development of green energy such as bioethanol production. National indicators of social, ecological and economic dimension in agriculture, focused on the achievement of SDGs, are defined and systematized. Criteria for selection of indicators, patterns of development and sustainability objectives at the enterprise level are established. It is noted that the transformation processes should become the basis of an enterprise as a socio-economic system at the local level and the key to sustainable development based on continuous efficiency.
