Abstract

Об’єкт: Емоційний інтелект і мотиваційна сфера особистості студентів. Предмет дослідження: Взаємозв’язок між рівнем розвитку емоційного інтелекту та особливостями мотиваційної сфери у студентському віці. Мета дослідження: Теоретично обґрунтувати та експериментально перевірити взаємозв’язок між рівнем розвитку емоційного інтелекту та особливостями мотиваційної сфери у студентів. Основні задачі дослідження: 1. Здійснити теоретичний аналіз особливостей емоційного інтелекту та мотиваційної сфери особистості. 2. Обґрунтувати взаємозв’язок емоційного інтелекту і мотивації у студентському віці. 3. Емпірично дослідити рівень розвитку емоційного інтелекту і мотивації у студентів. 4. Проаналізувати отримані результати, визначити характерні особливості взаємозв’язку та розробити практичні рекомендації щодо розвитку емоційної компетентності та внутрішньої мотивації у студентської молоді. Практична значущість роботи полягає в можливості застосування отриманих результатів для покращення психологічного клімату в освітньому середовищі, розробки програм розвитку емоційного інтелекту, а також підвищення рівня навчальної мотивації студентів.Object: Emotional intelligence and the motivational sphere of students’ personality. Purpose of the study: To theoretically substantiate and experimentally verify the relationship between the level of emotional intelligence development and the characteristics of the motivational sphere in students. Main research tasks: 1. To conduct a theoretical analysis of the features of emotional intelligence and the motivational sphere of personality. 2. To substantiate the interrelation of emotional intelligence and motivation in student age. 3. To empirically study the level of emotional intelligence and motivation among students. 4. To analyze the obtained results, identify the specific features of the interrelation, and develop practical recommendations for enhancing emotional competence and internal motivation in students. Practical significance of the study lies in the possibility of applying the obtained results to improve the psychological climate in educational settings, to design programs for developing emotional intelligence, and to increase the academic motivation level of students.
