Інформаційний вимір конфлікту в Кашмірі

Abstract

У першому розділі розглядаються теоретичні основи дослідження інформаційних вимірів міжнародних конфліктів, запропоновано підходи до аналізу інформаційного простору, визначено сутність інформаційної війни як інструменту зовнішньої політики та окреслено міжнародно-правові й етичні рамки інформаційного впливу. У другому розділі здійснено характеристику інформаційного виміру кашмірського конфлікту. Проаналізовано історичні передумови та етапи розвитку протистояння між Індією та Пакистаном, виявлено особливості національних інформаційних наративів сторін і розглянуто роль міжнародних медіа й соціальних мереж у формуванні глобального сприйняття конфлікту. У третьому розділі сформульовано напрями удосконалення інформаційної політики щодо кашмірського питання. Розглянуто можливості використання інформаційної дипломатії, інструменти стримування пропаганди та дезінформації, а також подано пропозиції щодо посилення ролі міжнародних інституцій у регулюванні інформаційної складової конфлікту.The first section examines the theoretical foundations of studying the information dimensions of international conflicts, outlines the approaches to analysing the information space, defines the essence of information warfare as an instrument of foreign policy, and identifies the international legal and ethical frameworks of information influence. The second section provides a characteristic of the information dimension of the Kashmir conflict. It analyses the historical background and stages of the confrontation between India and Pakistan, reveals the specific features of their national information narratives, and examines the role of international media and social networks in shaping the global perception of the conflict. The third section formulates directions for improving information policy regarding the Kashmir issue. It considers the possibilities of using information diplomacy, instruments for countering propaganda and disinformation, as well as proposes measures to strengthen the role of international institutions in regulating the information component of the conflict.
