Assessment and Formation of the Resource Potential of the Enterprise

Abstract

This thesis is devoted to the study of the resource potential of an enterprise and the efficiency of its use in modern economic conditions. The paper examines the theoretical foundations of the concept of resource potential, its structure, and the factors influencing its formation and development. Special attention is paid to the analysis of the activities of UiSP LLC "SANZA-TOP" and the assessment of its resource potential. Based on the conducted research, practical recommendations for improving the management system and increasing the efficiency of resource utilization are proposed. The results of the study have both theoretical and practical significance for enhancing the competitiveness of industrial enterprises.

Дипломна робота присвячена дослідженню ресурсного потенціалу підприємства та ефективності його використання в сучасних економічних умовах. У роботі розглянуто теоретичні засади поняття ресурсного потенціалу, його структуру та фактори формування і розвитку. Особливу увагу приділено аналізу діяльності ТОВ СП «САНЗА-ТОП» та оцінці його ресурсного потенціалу. За результатами дослідження розроблено практичні рекомендації щодо вдосконалення системи управління та підвищення ефективності використання ресурсів підприємства. Отримані результати мають теоретичне і практичне значення для підвищення конкурентоспроможності промислових підприємств.
