Abstract
Метою даної роботи є дослідження впливу наявності тонкого ( 3 мкм) всебічного покриття з нітриду титану, нанесеного шляхом іонно-плазмового напилення, на поверхні двовимірних полікристалічних зразків Alу вигляді фольг, товщиною 150 мкм, з різним розміром зерна на характеристики міцності та пластичності досліджуваних зразків.
The aim of this work is to study the influence of the presence of a thin ( 3 μm) all-round coating of titanium nitride, applied by ion-plasma sputtering, on the surface of two-dimensional polycrystalline Al samples in the form of foils, 150 μm thick, with different grain sizes on the characteristics of strength and plasticity of the studied samples.
