Enterprise capital management

Abstract

The object of research is the process of capital management at the enterprise. The subject of research includes the theoretical, methodological, and practical aspects of optimizing the capital structure of the enterprise SG LLC "Hliboprodukt." The purpose of the qualifying master's thesis is to generalize the theoretical foundations of capital management organization, analyze the current practices of enterprise capital management, and propose ways to improve this process by systematizing existing approaches on the subject. Based on the results of the research, theoretical and practical provisions have been formulated, leading to specific proposals for improving the capital management of the enterprise. The obtained results can be applied through the defined methods of optimizing the capital structure to enhance the functioning of enterprises. The measures identified in this research will enable effective capital management and ensure the financial stability of the enterprise.
