Purpose of qualification master's work: As a complex system concept, customer service is the basis for banks to achieve stable and sustainable development. With the rapid development of the Internet, the competition between banks in the same industry has become increasingly fierce, and the improvement of customer service quality has become very important. On this basis, this article will further analyze the current customer service situation of Bank A and gain a deeper understanding of customer needs.
