Сучасні теорії циклів гегемонії: глобальні, регіональні та локальні імплікації

Abstract

У дослідженні розглядаються теоретичні та практичні аспекти феномена гегемонії в контексті глобальної, регіональної та локальної політики. У першому розділі проаналізовано поняття гегемонії, її історичний і теоретичний розвиток, а також ключові підходи до вивчення циклів гегемонії, представлені в роботах Іммануїла Валлерстайна, Роберта Ґілпіна, Джованні Арріґі та Антоніо Ґрамші. Окрему увагу приділено методології дослідження циклічних змін у світовій політиці та економіці, що дозволяє глибше зрозуміти природу домінування на різних рівнях. Другий розділ присвячений еволюції глобальних гегемоній на прикладах Британської, Американської та потенційної Китайської гегемонії. Детально розглянуто світ-системний аналіз Іммануїла Валлерстайна та глобальні гегемонічні цикли, які формують основи сучасних міжнародних відносин. У третьому розділі проаналізовано регіональну гегемонію як важливий інструмент контролю на рівні географічних макрорегіонів, а також особливості локальних гегемоній через призму конкретних конфліктів. Особливу увагу приділено взаємодії глобальних, регіональних і локальних гегемонічних структур, що демонструє їхній вплив на стабільність та розвиток сучасного світу. Робота є комплексним дослідженням, яке дозволяє зрозуміти динаміку гегемонічних циклів та їхній вплив на світову політику й міжнародні відносини.The study examines the theoretical and practical aspects of the phenomenon of hegemony in the context of global, regional and local politics. The first section analyzes the concept of hegemony, its historical and theoretical development, as well as key approaches to the study of hegemonic cycles, presented in the works of Immanuel Wallerstein, Robert Gilpin, Giovanni Arrighi and Antonio Gramsci. Special attention is paid to the methodology for studying cyclical changes in world politics and economics, which allows for a deeper understanding of the nature of dominance at different levels. The second section is devoted to the evolution of global hegemonies using the examples of British, American and potential Chinese hegemony. Immanuel Wallerstein's world-system analysis and global hegemonic cycles that form the foundations of modern international relations are considered in detail. The third chapter analyzes regional hegemony as an important tool of control at the level of geographical macroregions, as well as the features of local hegemonies through the prism of specific conflicts. Particular attention is paid to the interaction of global, regional and local hegemonic structures, which demonstrates their impact on the stability and development of the modern world. The work is a comprehensive study that allows us to understand the dynamics of hegemonic cycles and their impact on world politics and international relations.
