Эволюционно-генетические аспекты полуклонального воспроизводства гибридной формы Rana kl. esculenta (Amphibia, Ranidae)

Abstract

Изучена изменчивость гена Ldh-B зеленых лягушек рода Rana: гибридной формы Rana kl. esculenta и родительского вида – озерной лягушки Rana ridibunda. Показано снижение уровня наследственной изменчивости гибридной формы сравнительно с родительским видом. Причиной этого предполагается полуклональное воспроизводство гибридной формы рекомбинации при мейозе. The Ldh-B gene variation was studied within the green frogs genus Rana: the hybrid form Rana kl. esculenta and the parental species – marsh frog Rana ridibunda. The decreasing of the heritable variation level within the hybrid form comparatively to the parental species was shown. The cause of it is assumed to be the hybrid form hemiclonal reproduction without the recombination.
