Ways to Ensure the Competitiveness of the Enterprise

Abstract

This qualification thesis explores the theoretical and practical aspects of ensuring enterprise competitiveness under conditions of intensified global competition and economic instability. It examines key theories of competitiveness, competitive strategies, and methods for enhancing enterprise performance. The study analyzes the business focus and strategic development of Huawei Group at different stages of its growth. Based on the research, effective approaches to improving competitiveness are identified, and practical recommendations are proposed. Special attention is given to the company’s role in the development of information technology and artificial intelligence.

У кваліфікаційній роботі досліджено теоретичні та практичні аспекти забезпечення конкурентоспроможності підприємства в умовах посилення глобальної конкуренції та економічної нестабільності. Розглянуто основні теорії конкурентоспроможності, конкурентні стратегії та методи її забезпечення. Проведено аналіз діяльності та стратегічних підходів компанії Huawei Group на різних етапах розвитку. На основі дослідження визначено ефективні методи підвищення конкурентоспроможності та запропоновано практичні рекомендації щодо їх застосування. Окрему увагу приділено ролі компанії у розвитку інформаційних технологій та штучного інтелекту.
