Взаємозв’язок емоційного інтелекту з особистісними особливостями в молодому віці

Abstract

У кваліфікаційній роботі розглядається проблема вивчення емоційного інтелекту з особистісною сферою людини. За результатами проведеного нами емпіричного дослідження та застосування методів факторного аналізу, регресійного аналізу, було визначено, що емоційний інтелект пов’язаний з особистісними особливостями у вигляді факторів: «Емоційна нестабільність та глибинна вразливість» є найвагомішим конструктом, що описує зв’язок емоційного інтелекту з особистісними особливостями, «Рівень емоційного інтелекту та відкритість новому», «Соціальна врівноваженість та емоційний контроль» та «Соціальна адаптивність та емоційна виразність». Дані проведеного нами аналізу відмінностей не зафіксували відмінностей в емоційному інтелекті, що підтвердило нашу гіпотезу. Проте жінкам властивий значно вищий рівень розуміння, напруженості та пластичності, на відміну від чоловіків.The qualification work considers the problem of studying emotional intelligence with the personal sphere of a person. According to the results of our empirical research and the application of the methods of factor analysis and regression analysis, it was determined that emotional intelligence is associated with personal characteristics in the form of factors: “Emotional instability and deep vulnerability” is the most significant construct describing the relationship between emotional intelligence and personality traits, “Level of emotional intelligence and openness to new things”, “Social balance and emotional control” and “Social adaptability and emotional expressiveness”. The data from our analysis of differences did not record differences in emotional intelligence, which confirmed our hypothesis. However, women have a much higher level of understanding, tension, and plasticity than men.
