Abstract

The object of the research is the banking system of China. Subject of research is modern approaches and methods for diagnosing the stability of the banking system, with an emphasis on macroeconomic and prudential indicators. Purpose of qualification master's work is to provide a comprehensive theoretical generalization and systematization of the existing approaches to defining the stability of the banking system as a structural component of the economy. According to results of the research, hold significant practical implications for enhancing the stability of China's banking system. The recommendations aim to improve the existing regulatory framework and monitoring practices, aligning them more closely with international best practices and standards, particularly those promoted by organizations such as the Basel Committee on Banking Supervision.
