Abstract

The object of research is the process of managing the competitivenessofbanking institutions. The subject of research includes the theoretical-methodological andpracticalaspects of managing a bank's competitiveness in the financial market undermodernconditions. The purpose of the master's thesis is to deepen scientific andmethodologicalapproaches and substantiate practical aspects of managing the competitivenessofbanksin the current economic environment. The obtained results are of significant practical importance. Thetheoreticalprovisions, conclusions, and recommendations of the research have beentransformedinto methodological tools that can be directly applied in banking institutionstoenhancethe management of competitiveness. The practical application of the research results extends beyondPJSC"BANKVOSTOK" and can be adapted by other banking institutions seekingtoenhancetheircompetitiveness. These findings contribute to the development of arobustcompetitiveness management system that aligns with the dynamic conditionsofthemodern financial market.
