Забезпечення стабільного функціонування закладу професійної освіти в умовах невизначеності (на прикладі ЗП(ПТ)О «Харківський професійний коледж»)

Abstract

Сутність наукової новизни основних результатів дослідження полягає в удосконаленні теоретико-методичних засад та розробленні адаптивної моделі комплексного оцінювання й управління економічною стійкістю ЗП(ПТ)О «Харківський професійний коледж», що враховує специфіку освітньої, фінансової та ресурсної діяльності та забезпечує підвищення ефективності функціонування закладу в умовах невизначеності. Проведено комплексний аналіз фінансово-економічного, кадрового, матеріально-технічного та освітнього потенціалу ЗП(ПТ)О «Харківський професійний коледж». Обґрунтовано методичний підхід до оцінювання його економічної стійкості з урахуванням внутрішніх і зовнішніх чинників. Розроблено рекомендації щодо удосконалення управління ресурсами, підвищення ефективності функціонування та зміцнення стійкості закладу в умовах сучасних викликів.The essence of the scientific novelty of the main results of the study lies in improving the theoretical and methodological foundations and developing an adaptive model of comprehensive assessment and management of the economic sustainability of the vocational education institution “Kharkiv Vocational College”, which takes into account the specifics of educational, financial and resource activities and ensures increased efficiency of the institution’s functioning in conditions of uncertainty. A comprehensive analysis of the financial, economic, personnel, material and technical and educational potential of the vocational education institution “Kharkiv Vocational College” was conducted. A methodological approach to assessing its economic sustainability, taking into account internal and external factors, is substantiated. Recommendations are developed for improving resource management, increasing the efficiency of functioning and strengthening the sustainability of the institution in the face of modern challenges.
