Руйнування та збереження нерухомої культурної спадщини Харківської області під час російсько-української війни (2022–2024 рр.)

Abstract

Дипломна робота присвячена аналізу процесів руйнування та збереження нерухомої культурної спадщини Харківської області в умовах російсько-української війни (2022–2024 рр.). У роботі проаналізовано теоретичні та нормативно-правові аспекти поняття «культурна спадщина», визначено її сутність, а також cхарактеризовано актуальні проблеми обліку та моніторингу нерухомої культурної спадщини України в умовах війни. Особлива увага приділена розгляду випадків руйнування об’єктів нерухомої культурної спадщини на Харківщині, а також основним підходам до їхнього захисту в умовах війни. Робота складається з двох розділів. Перший розділ присвячено проблемі руйнування нерухомої культурної спадщини на Харківщині внаслідок війни. Другий розділ розглядає підходи та практики збереження нерухомої культурної спадщини на Харківщині на сучасному етапі.This thesis is devoted to the analysis of the processes of destruction and preservation of immovable cultural heritage in the Kharkiv Oblast amid the RussoUkrainian war (2022–2024). The study explores the theoretical and normativelegal frameworks underpinning the concept of “cultural heritage,” defines its essence, and examines the current challenges related to the documentation and monitoring of immovable cultural heritage in Ukraine during the conflict. Particular emphasis is placed on the analysis of cases involving the destruction of immovable cultural heritage sites in the Kharkiv Oblast, alongside an evaluation of the principal approaches to their protection under wartime conditions. The thesis is structured into two chapters. The first chapter addresses the issue of destruction of immovable cultural heritage in the Kharkiv Oblast resulting from the war. The second chapter investigates the strategies and practices employed for the preservation of immovable cultural heritage in the Kharkiv Oblast at the present stage.
