Професійна підготовка фахівців машинобудівної галузі з підвищення ефективності відновлення робочої поверхні гільз циліндрів ДВЗ

Abstract

Мета дослідження – теоретично обґрунтувати, розробити методику професійної підготовки фахівця машинобудівних підприємств по підвищенню зносостійкості гільз циліндрів методом поверхнево-пластичної деформації. Об'єктом дослідження є процес професійної підготовка фахівця машинобудівних підприємств. Предметом дослідження є методика професійної підготовки підготовка фахівця машинобудівних підприємств по підвищенню зносостійкості гільз циліндрів методом поверхнево-пластичної деформації. В ході виконання роботи автором була розроблена методика визначення режимів обробки методом ППД, яка може бути використана на підприємствах, що займаються виготовленням і ремонтом двигунів внутрішнього згоряння. Отримані залежності лягли в основу експериментальних досліджень.The purpose of the study is to theoretically substantiate and develop a methodology for professional training of specialists of machine-building enterprises to increase the wear resistance of cylinder liners using the method of surface plastic deformation. The object of the study is the process of professional training of a specialist of machine-building enterprises. The subject of the study is the methodology of professional training of a specialist of machine-building enterprises to increase the wear resistance of cylinder liners by the method of surface plastic deformation. During the work, the author developed a methodology for determining processing modes using the PPD method, which can be used at enterprises engaged in the manufacture and repair of internal combustion engines. The obtained dependencies formed the basis of experimental studies.
