dc.description.abstract | The object of the study is the organizational management and online business strategies of companies, with a specific focus on Alibaba Group. The subject of the study is the influence of modern organizational management methods and competition strategies on enhancing global competitiveness in the digital business environment. The aim of the qualifying master's thesis is to analyze the theoretical and practical aspects of online business management, with Alibaba as a case study, to identify effective strategies for increasing a company's global competitiveness through optimized organizational management. Based on the results of the research, the study identifies critical factors in organizational management and strategic planning that can significantly improve a company's global competitiveness, especially in the context of digital transformation. The obtained results highlight that successful companies like Alibaba leverage dynamic organizational structures, innovative online business practices, and competitive strategies to navigate global markets effectively. These findings can serve as a reference for other businesses aiming to strengthen their global presence through digital channels. | |
