Психологічні особливості мотиваційної сфери у фахівців IT під час воєнного стану

Abstract

Дослідження присвячено вивченню психологічних особливостей мотиваційної сфери IT-фахівців під час воєнного стану в Україні. Виявлено, що мотиваційні чинники є складними та варіативними, залежно від умов конфлікту. Аналіз показав відсутність статистично значущих відмінностей у мотиваційних потребах IT фахівців, незалежно від їх місця проживання.The research focuses on the psychological aspects of the motivational sphere of IT specialists during the martial law in Ukraine. It was found that motivational factors are complex and variable depending on the conflict conditions. The analysis showed no statistically significant differences in the motivational needs of IT specialists, regardless of their place of residence.
