Abstract
Common for the temperate regions of Europe and North America jelly fungus Myxarium nucleatum Wallr. (=Exidia nucleata (Schwein.) Burt) are reported as new for Ukraine. Brief discussion about taxonomic situation in the genus Myxarium is presented. Also detailed description of M. nucleatum is proposed
