Формування професійно-педагогічної компетентності викладачів комп’ютерних дисциплін в системі підвищенні кваліфікації

Abstract

Об'єкт дослідження – професійно-педагогічна компетентність викладачів комп'ютерних дисциплін. Предмет дослідження – модель формування професійно-педагогічної компетентності викладачів комп'ютерних дисциплін та організаційно-педагогічні умови її реалізації. Мета дослідження – теоретично обґрунтувати, розробити та частково експериментально перевірити модель та організаційно-педагогічні умови формування професійно-педагогічної компетентності викладачів комп'ютерних дисциплін. Основні завдання дослідження: 1. Проаналізувати теоретичні засади формування професійно-педагогічної компетентності викладачів комп'ютерних дисциплін. 2. Розробити та теоретично обґрунтувати модель формування професійнопедагогічної компетентності викладачів комп'ютерних дисциплін та визначити організаційно-педагогічні умови її реалізації. 3. Частково експериментально перевірити компоненти моделі формування професійно-педагогічної компетентності викладачів комп'ютерних дисциплін ІТ курсів А-Level. Наукова новизна дослідження полягає у теоретичному обґрунтуванні моделі формування професійно-педагогічної компетентності викладачів комп'ютерних дисциплін ІТ курсів А-Level. Практична значущість дослідження полягає у можливості застосування розробленої методики формування професійно-педагогічної компетентності викладачів при викладанні інших спеціальних дисциплін у закладах вищої освіти та на курсах підвищення кваліфікації.Object of research - professional-pedagogical competence of teachers of computer disciplines. The subject of research - a model for the formation of vocational and pedagogical competence of teachers of computer disciplines and organizational and pedagogical conditions for its implementation. The purpose of the research is to theoretically substantiate, develop and, in part, experimentally test the model and organizational and pedagogical conditions for the formation of vocational and pedagogical competence of teachers of computer disciplines. Main tasks of the research: 1. To analyze theoretical principles of formation of vocational and pedagogical competence of teachers of computer disciplines. 2. To develop and theoretically substantiate the model of formation of professional-pedagogical competence of teachers of computer disciplines and to determine the organizational and pedagogical conditions of its realization. 3. Partially experimentally check the components of the model for the formation of the professional and pedagogical competence of the teachers of computer disciplines courses of IT-courses A-Level. Scientific novelty of the research is based on theoretical substantiation of the model of formation of professional and pedagogical competence of teachers of computer disciplines of IT-courses A-Level. The practical significance of the research is the possibility of applying the developed methodology of forming the teacher's professional and pedagogical competence while teaching other special disciplines in higher education institutions and in advanced training courses.
