Enterprise Business in Health Care

Abstract

The thesis examines the theoretical, methodological, and practical aspects of enterprise business development in the healthcare sector. Special attention is paid to the formation of effective business models aimed at improving the quality of healthcare services, optimizing resource utilization, and ensuring financial sustainability of healthcare organizations. The study analyzes current industry trends, the impact of digital technologies, and the potential for implementing innovative solutions, including artificial intelligence and digital health. Based on the research findings, recommendations for improving enterprise business management in healthcare are proposed.У дипломній роботі досліджено теоретичні, методичні та практичні аспекти розвитку підприємницької діяльності у сфері охорони здоров’я. Особливу увагу приділено формуванню ефективних бізнес-моделей, орієнтованих на підвищення якості медичних послуг, оптимізацію ресурсів та забезпечення фінансової стійкості закладів охорони здоров’я. Проаналізовано сучасні тенденції розвитку галузі, вплив цифрових технологій, а також можливості впровадження інноваційних рішень, зокрема штучного інтелекту та цифрової медицини. За результатами дослідження запропоновано рекомендації щодо вдосконалення управління підприємницькою діяльністю у сфері охорони здоров’я.
