Abstract

Досліджено концептуальні основи та еволюцію теорій управління бізнес-процесами у сфері ресторанного господарства. Розглянуто класифікацію бізнес-процесів підприємств. Розглянуто методичний інструментарій оцінювання ефективності бізнес-процесів. Досліджено міжнародний досвід і вітчизняну практику управління бізнес-процесами. Проведено комплексний аналіз організаційно-економічної діяльності та діагностику системи управління бізнес-процесами ТОВ «МІСТО ЛЕВА». Оцінено результативність управління ключовими бізнес-процесами підприємства. Обґрунтовано напрями впровадження інноваційних технологій автоматизації та цифровізації бізнес-процесів ТОВ «МІСТО ЛЕВА».Conceptual foundations and evolution of business process management theories in the sphere of restaurant industry were researched. Classification of business processes of enterprises was considered. Methodical toolkit for evaluating efficiency of business processes was considered. International experience and domestic practice of business process management were researched. Complex analysis of organizational-economic activity and diagnostics of business process management system of LLC "MISTO LEVA" was conducted. Effectiveness of key business process management of the enterprise was evaluated. Directions of implementation of innovative technologies of automation and digitalization of business processes of LLC "MISTO LEVA" were substantiated.
