Формування фінансової системи підприємства в умовах цифровізації

Abstract

Бакалаврська кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню процесу формування фінансової системи підприємства та розробці рекомендацій щодо її оптимізації в умовах цифровізації. У роботі розглянуто теоретичні засади фінансового управління підприємством, проаналізовано сучасні технологічні рішення, що сприяють автоматизації фінансових процесів. Проведено оцінку впливу цифрових інструментів на ефективність фінансової системи, використано методи SWOT- і PEST-аналізу для визначення стратегічних напрямів її розвитку. На основі отриманих результатів розроблено практичні рекомендації щодо підвищення ефективності фінансової діяльності підприємства, зокрема шляхом впровадження фінтех-рішень, використання блокчейн-технологій, автоматизованих систем управління фінансами та цифрових платіжних інструментів.The bachelor's qualification work is devoted to the study of the process of forming the financial system of an enterprise and the development of recommendations for its optimization under digitalization conditions. The theoretical foundations of financial management are considered in the work, and modern technological solutions that contribute to the automation of financial processes are analyzed. The impact of digital tools on the efficiency of the financial system is assessed, and SWOT and PEST analysis methods are used to determine strategic directions for its development. Based on the obtained results, practical recommendations are developed to improve the efficiency of financial activities of the enterprise, in particular through the implementation of fintech solutions, the use of blockchain technologies, automated financial management systems, and digital payment instruments.
