Особливості розвитку емоційного інтелекту у студентів

Abstract

Об’єкт дослідження: процес розвитку емоційного інтелекту у студентів. Предмет дослідження: психологічні особливості розвитку емоційного інтелекту у студентської молоді. Мета дослідження: визначити особливості розвитку емоційного інтелекту у студентів та дослідити його зв'язок з окремими особистісними характеристиками. Завдання дослідження: проаналізувати теоретичні підходи до вивчення емоційного інтелекту в психології; охарактеризувати особливості розвитку емоційного інтелекту в юнацькому віці; виявити основні чинники, що впливають на розвиток емоційного інтелекту у студентів; провести емпіричне дослідження особливостей розвитку емоційного інтелекту у студентів; проаналізувати взаємозв’язок між рівнем емоційного інтелекту та окремими особистісними характеристиками студентів. Практична значущість дослідження полягає у можливості використання його результатів у розробці психологічних тренінгів, програм розвитку емоційного інтелекту для студентів, а також у практиці психологічного супроводу в освітніх закладах для сприяння успішній соціально-психологічній адаптації молоді.Object of the research: the process of emotional intelligence development among students. Purpose of the research: to identify the characteristics of emotional intelligence development in students and to examine its correlation with specific personality traits. Research objectives: to analyze theoretical approaches to the study of emotional intelligence in psychology; to characterize the features of emotional intelligence development during adolescence; to identify the main factors influencing the development of emotional intelligence in students; to conduct an empirical study of the features of emotional intelligence development among students; to analyze the relationship between the level of emotional intelligence and certain personality traits in students. Practical significance of the research lies in the possibility of applying its results in the development of psychological training programs and emotional intelligence development programs for students, as well as in the practice of psychological support within educational institutions to promote successful sociopsychological adaptation of youth.
