Удосконалення управління інноваційною діяльністю промислових підприємств

Abstract

Завдання роботи: розкрити теоретичні засади управління інноваційною діяльністю підприємств, визначити її роль у забезпеченні конкурентоспроможності промислового сектору; проаналізувати сучасний стан інноваційної діяльності на вітчизняних промислових підприємствах; визначити основні проблеми та бар’єри в управлінні інноваційною діяльністю на підприємствах України; дослідити та адаптувати передові зарубіжні практики управління інноваціями до вітчизняних умов; обґрунтувати напрями удосконалення управлінських механізмів інноваційної діяльності з урахуванням специфіки промислових підприємств; розробити пропозиції щодо впровадження ефективних інструментів стратегічного управління інноваціями на рівні підприємства. Методи дослідження: у теоретичному розділі застосовано методи аналізу і синтезу, індукції і дедукції, логіко-структурного моделювання для узагальнення підходів до управління інноваційною діяльністю та формування теоретичних засад; у аналітичному розділі використано статистичні методи, порівняльний аналіз, метод експертних оцінок і SWOT-аналіз для оцінки стану інноваційної діяльності на промислових підприємствах; у конструктивному розділі застосовано методи проєктного моделювання, економічного обґрунтування, сценарного аналізу та методи системного підходу для формування пропозицій щодо вдосконалення управління інноваційною діяльністю.The objectives of the work are to reveal the theoretical foundations of managing innovative activities of enterprises and determine its role in ensuring the competitiveness of the industrial sector; to analyse the current state of innovation activity at domestic industrial enterprises; to identify the main problems and barriers in the management of innovation activity at Ukrainian enterprises; to research and adapt advanced foreign practices of innovation management to domestic conditions; justify directions for improving management mechanisms for innovation activities, taking into account the specifics of industrial enterprises; develop proposals for the implementation of effective tools for strategic innovation management at the enterprise level. Research methods: in the theoretical section, methods of analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, logical-structural modelling were used to generalise approaches to the management of innovative activity and form theoretical foundations; in the analytical section, statistical methods, comparative analysis, expert assessment and SWOT analysis were used to assess the state of innovation activity at industrial enterprises; the constructive section uses methods of project modelling, economic justification, scenario analysis and methods of a systematic approach to form proposals for improving the management of innovative activity.
