Abstract
Стаття присвячена дослідженню мотиву смерті у новелі М. Матіос „Не плачте за мною ніколи…”. Беручи до уваги ідейно-смислову структуру новел, автор інтерпретує назви циклів, що складають основу „Нації”. За спостереженням автора статті, одим з ключових мотивів книги є мотив смерті, особливо це виявляється у новелі „Не плачте за мною ніколи…”. Розробка мотиву смерті в останньому тексті книги дозволяє М. Матіос досягти естетичної завершеності усієї „Нації”. При цьому авторці вдається створити типологію важкої та легкої смерті, узявши за тло традиційний похоронний обряд.
Description
In this article the role of the motive of death is analyzed in the short story by M. Matios „Don’t cry for me ever…”. The author of the article analyzes the structure of the book „The nation” and interprets the names of cycles. One of the key motives in the short story is the motive of death which is closely connected with aesthetic studies of M. Matios. As a result of the development of the motive of death in the short story "Don’t cry for me ever…” the story acquires aesthetic completeness which is expressed by stability and individuality of semantic filling.
