Enhancement Financial Risk Management System at the Enterprise

Abstract

The master’s thesis examines theoretical and practical aspects of financial risk management based on the case of Huawei. The study explores the essence of financial risks and management approaches under globalization and technological changes. A financial and economic analysis of the company for 2021–2023 is conducted, existing risk management strategies are evaluated, and key internal and external influencing factors are identified. Recommendations are proposed to mitigate financial risks and improve risk management efficiency to ensure sustainable enterprise development.

У магістерській роботі досліджено теоретичні та практичні аспекти управління фінансовими ризиками підприємства на прикладі Huawei. Розглянуто сутність фінансових ризиків та методи їх управління в умовах глобалізації та технологічних змін. Проведено аналіз фінансово-економічної діяльності компанії за 2021–2023 роки, оцінено існуючі стратегії управління ризиками та визначено основні внутрішні й зовнішні фактори впливу. Запропоновано рекомендації щодо мінімізації фінансових ризиків та підвищення ефективності управління ними для забезпечення стабільного розвитку підприємства.
