Формування адаптивної системи управління ризиками на підприємстві в умовах цифровізації

Abstract

Магістерська дипломна робота присвячена теоретичному та практичному обґрунтуванню формування адаптивної системи управління ризиками на підприємстві в умовах цифровізації. У роботі розкрито сутність і класифікацію ризиків, особливості сучасних підходів до ризик-менеджменту та обґрунтовано важливість трансформації традиційних механізмів управління ризиками відповідно до вимог цифрової економіки. Проаналізовано роль адаптивних систем управління ризиками в умовах цифрової трансформації, визначено їх ключові характеристики, переваги та значення для забезпечення стабільності та конкурентоспроможності підприємства. У роботі надано характеристику діяльності ТОВ «ХАРКІВХОЛОДМАШ» та проведено аналіз існуючої системи управління ризиками на підприємстві. На основі отриманих результатів дослідження сформовано стратегію удосконалення адаптивної системи управління ризиками для підприємства, розроблено механізм її практичної реалізації, окреслено етапи впровадження, інструменти та очікувані результати. Практична значущість роботи полягає в розробленні рекомендацій та інструментів, які можуть бути застосовані підприємствами для підвищення ефективності управління ризиками, забезпечення безперервності бізнес-процесів і зміцнення конкурентних позицій в умовах цифрової трансформації економіки.The master's thesis is devoted to the theoretical and practical justification of the formation of an adaptive risk management system at an enterprise in the context of digitalization. The work reveals the essence and classification of risks, the features of modern approaches to risk management, and justifies the importance of transforming traditional risk management mechanisms in accordance with the requirements of the digital economy. The role of adaptive risk management systems in the context of digital transformation is analyzed, and their key characteristics, advantages, and significance for ensuring the stability and competitiveness of an enterprise are identified. The paper provides a description of the activities of KHARKIVKHOLODMASH LLC and analyzes the existing risk management system at the enterprise. Based on the results of the study, a strategy for improving the adaptive risk management system for the enterprise was formed, a mechanism for its practical implementation was developed, and the stages of implementation, tools, and expected results were outlined. The practical significance of the work lies in the development of recommendations and tools that can be used by enterprises to improve the effectiveness of risk management, ensure the continuity of business processes, and strengthen competitive positions in the context of the digital transformation of the economy.
