Abstract

The object of research is the strategic development of Raiffeisen Bank JSC. The subject of research is the theoretical and methodological provisions and practical recommendations for increasing the effectiveness of anti-crisis management in the bank under modern conditions. The purpose of the qualifying master's thesis is to define the concept of "anti- crisis management of the bank's activities under internal threats," to generalize scientific and methodological approaches, and to provide practical recommendations for improving the anti-crisis management process of the bank in light of modern realities. Based on the results of the research, theoretical and practical provisions were developed and translated into concrete proposals for enhancing the anti-crisis management system of Raiffeisen Bank JSC. The research identified key factors influencing the effectiveness of anti-crisis management, including internal organizational challenges, external market pressures, and regulatory requirements.
