Інформаційна безпека Європейського Союзу в сучасних умовах

Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота магістра присвячена визначенню інструментів забезпечення інформаційної безпеки Європейського Союзу в сучасних умовах. У кваліфікаційній роботі визначено поняття та структуру інформаційної безпеки в системі міжнародних відносин; розкрито роль Європейського Союзу у сфері глобальної та регіональної безпеки; виявлено гібридні загрози та зовнішні інформаційні впливи на ЄС. У кваліфікаційній роботі визначено роль інституцій ЄС у забезпеченні інформаційної стійкості та нормативно-правове регулювання інформаційної безпеки ЄС; з’ясовано особливості співпраці ЄС із державами-членами та міжнародними партнерами у сфері інформаційної безпеки та інструменти протидії сучасним гібридним інформаційним загрозам ЄС; виокремлено проблеми імплементації стратегічних документів ЄС у сфері інформаційної безпеки та напрями вдосконалення політики інформаційної безпеки ЄС та її значення для України.The master’s qualification work is devoted to determining the instruments for ensuring the information security of the European Union in modern conditions. The qualification work defines the concept and structure of information security in the system of international relations; reveals the role of the European Union in the sphere of global and regional security; identifies hybrid threats and external information influences on the EU. The qualification work defines the role of EU institutions in ensuring information stability and regulatory regulation of EU information security; clarifies the features of EU cooperation with member states and international partners in the sphere of information security and tools for countering modern hybrid information threats to the EU; identifies problems of implementing EU strategic documents in the sphere of information security and directions for improving EU information security policy and its significance for Ukraine.
