Аграрні перетворення в Україні (1994-2004 роки)

Abstract

Дипломна робота присвячена дослідження аграрних перетворень в Україні у період 1994-2004 років. Метою дослідження є аналіз передумов та причин проведення аграрної реформи президентом Л. Кучмою, вивченні специфіки реформування, висвітленні засад, шляхів, механізмів та фактично реалізованих заходів з реформування аграрного сектора України, їх наслідків. У роботі досліджено особливості розвитку аграрного сектору напередодні проведення його перетворень, охарактеризовано особливості процесів системної перебудови аграрного сегмента економіки, висвітлено та обґрунтовано позитивні та негативні сторони аграрних перетворень. Досліджено, що результатом аграрних перетворень є поява приватної власності на землю, зменшення втручання держави у цю сферу, розвиток вільного ринку агропродукції, що допомогло сільському господарству піднятися в ефективності та прибутковості, але приватизацію землі було здійснено таким чином, що переважна більшість приватних власників змушена була передати землю в оренду.The diploma thesis is dedicated to the study of agrarian transformations in Ukraine during the period 1994-2004. The aim of the research is to analyze the prerequisites and reasons for the implementation of the agrarian reform by President L. Kuchma, study the specifics of the reform, highlight the principles, methods, mechanisms, and the actual measures taken to reform the agrarian sector of Ukraine, as well as their consequences. The work explores the reasons and prerequisites for carrying out the agrarian reform, highlights the peculiarities of the development of the agrarian sector on the eve of its transformations, describes the features of the processes of systemic restructuring of the agrarian segment of the economy, and highlights and justifies the positive and negative aspects of agrarian transformations. The study found that the result of agrarian transformations is the emergence of private land ownership, a reduction in state intervention in this sphere, and the development of a free market for agricultural products, which helped agriculture to increase efficiency and profitability. However, the privatization of land was carried out in such a way that the vast majority of private owners were forced to lease out their land.
