According to results of the research, banking service expansion is increasingly driven by technological advancements, with a strong emphasis on individual customer needs, intelligent credit risk assessment, and flexible, personalized financial products. Financial technologies like big data and AI are vital for enhancing service efficiency and scalability, as seen in the practices of leading institutions such as WeBank and Ant Group.
